Multiple File Formats

Facilitators and managers are able to upload various file types ranging from documents, spreadsheets and presentations to multimedia files such as audios and videos.

Quizzes and Assessments

The Quiz activity module allows the facilitators and managers to design and set quizzes consisting of a large variety of Question types, including multiple choice, true-false, and short answer questions. These questions are kept in the Question bank and can be re-used in multiple quizzes.

User Tracking

Audit logs provide information on user’s activity in a course which allows administrator to see what resources are being used and when.

Survey

The survey reports allow facilitators and managers to view a graphical page on the numerical breakdown of responses. Results can be saved and uploaded as a Resource for display to employees.

Forums

Administrator can moderate, edit or remove any discussion thread. Forums can be restricted to post based on date range and time. Permission can also be set to allow certain groups to access. For creating or editing entries, users can insert text, images and emoticons
