Letchumi D/O Kalanidi






Letchumi has 7 years’ of experience in information technology training for both primary and secondary students and adults. Her previous experiences as a Customer Relations Executive includes managing and mentoring ITE trainees in handling workshops and training programmes for students. She has put in place a system where all trainers are guided and well-equipped in both IT and soft skills training. She was also involved as one of the facilitators and mentors for the Cyber Wellness Student Ambassador Programme.

She believes that a well thought out plan is crucial for implementation of training programme; she is the mentor for all schools’ coaches in the South and West Zone. All the IT coaches under her management have discovered a new level of dedication to fully engage and promote active participation with students and between students. Letchumi was a graduate from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing.

Recently married, Letchumi regards work balance as the most important ingredient to a fulfilling personal life and enjoys talking and striking conversations with people of all ages.



Rustin Neo





With more than 4 years as an Information Technology coach in a primary school, Rustin has been well-versed with most of the application software used in schools. He is also an advocator of cyber wellness and believes that students must continuously be aware on how to use the current Web 2.0 technology to its fullest advantage and not fall into its trap.

Currently Rustin is involved as a coordinator and mentor for the Cyber Wellness Student Ambassador Programme (joint initiative by MOE-IDA-Microsoft). He was the main force behind the primary school that won the Racial Harmony Free Design Competition and first-runner up for the National Education Video Competition.

He graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with Diploma in Internet Computing and enjoys drawing manga characters; a favourite past time for him to express himself and to help him to engage the students in cyber wellness awareness.



Poon Kum Seng






As a Senior Training Executive with ACP, Kum Seng has provided a vast knowledge of teaching strategies and delivery of IT lessons to his junior peers. With his experiences in lesson delivery and classroom management, together with close interactions with the school staff, he has propelled other coaches under his wing to be a successful mentor for others. He was also involved in project managing the Cyber Wellness Student Ambassador Programme. Kum Seng holds a Diploma in Info-Communications from Temasek Polytechnic. He has attained Microsoft Office Specialist (Expert) in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access and also on Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) by Certiport.

With him overlooking the schools in the North and East Zones, he has guided many Information Technology coaches to excel in both their personal character and work-related objectives.

Kum Seng is an avid marathon runner and trains himself seriously every weekend. He has participated in many national marathon competitions namely the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon, held every year. He also believes that a healthy workplace is a productive place; he organizes a bi-weekly after-work jogging session for ACP staff.



Mohammad Saleem






Mohammad Saleem was involved as an Information Technology coach for both primary and secondary schools, specializing in digital image and video production before further pursuing his passion on filming and arts. He has immersed himself into film directing as an Assistant Director/Producer with TheMedia Pte Ltd; co-directing and producing Devathaigal, a 50 part Tamil drama series for Mediacorp TV before winning the Cannes Distinguished Community Documentary Award in 2009; a short documentary about people’s view on death called Take.

He is now spearheading ACP’s media literacy and multimedia components and is actively engaging the school programme for students to be involved more in Singapore’s arts scene and to create their own niche, using the current technology.

With a string of awards and impressive background in filming, Mohammad Saleem is still active in the filming industry and is also a member of Singapore National Arts Council. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) from RMIT University, Australia. He also holds two diplomas; Diploma in Communication Design and Diploma in Internet Computing.
